Office Coordinator Budapest
- Coordinate facility management related issues (office equipment, services, utilities, etc)
- Regular cooperation with facility management regarding technical issues of the Budapest office based on related safety observations create corrective actions of maintenance
- Administration: purchases for maintenance issues (PO creation for facilities)
- Follow up order fulfillment
- Direct debit handling
- Support and coordinate indirect purchasing process
- To work with other operations functions to ensure alignment with overall initiatives and processes
- Periodically participates in audits of other projects/services
- Ensure competitive/alternative quotes
- Manage office supply Ex. Water, vending machines, catering, printing etc
- Coordinate contract approval process
- Create office related ad-hoc reports
- Support the site leader with administrative duties
- Event organising
Requirements
- BSc degree in business administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, “back-office” and accounting software
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
